I have the NVIDIA 6200 in an IBM tower. Tower was given to me, and I saw it work before I took it home. I plugged it into Compaq FS7600 CRT moniter. Computer runs fine, moniter works on other computers, but I get no picture. Any possible troubleshooting advice?
Compaq's are notoriously under powered. You should take a look at the power rating on your power supply, then cheque the necessary voltage for the card. Also make sure that the card doesn't have an extra power connection that you need to fill to make it work.
I apologize for not making my comment clearer. The power problem I was commenting on was the power supply inside your PC. Most of the manufacturers under power their CPU's. They often put power supplies that barely cover the unit that comes out of factory. Once the owner starts swapping out the parts inside they start having issues because of the power. The only other troubleshooting steps that come to mind for the 6200 is the output connector's. There was a problem with some of the PNY 6200's having one or the other connectors dying out. I'm not sure what you saw the tower connected to originally but if you have access to another CRT I would try it out. Some of the connectors had cold solder joints on them. If your local PC repair shop has a tester for the CRT connector it would be worth a check. If it is the connector have a look at the solder joints. Hopefully that will solve the issue.

The power supply I have running from the wall to the IBM tower is marked for 125v. The cord I have running from the tower to the Compaq moniter is labeled for 125 volts (cord that came with the moniter). The voltage requirements for the NVIDIA 5200 graphics card the moniter is plugged into has a requirement of 1.45v. I checked the specs online and found this:
