Was getting beep with F02... read this and went to the strainer at the pump. additionally removed and cleaned all hoses. bought new pump with attached strainer. Even removed and cleaned the black boot with the ball float and still Beep with F02... what now????? can put wash in maint mode and drain fine with both old and new pump... once it drains, its like the pump just keeps running until SUD and/or F02 appear, HELP!!
"F02" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:
1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged.
2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running.
3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
To check the drain pump, click on the following link for step-by-step instructions.

If the above procedures do not correct the problem, it is recommended by the manufacturer to replace the drain pump

It is not a detergent issue... I solved the problem. there is a vacuum pump on the back of the dryer. this vacuum tells the control panel if there is water in the drum... if the vacuum sucks and has pressure, then there is water in the tub to pump... once the water pumps out, the vacuum no longer feels presure so that means the tub is empty... the problem is this... if the vacuum pump is clogged, then the vacuum always thinks there is water in the tub and keeps the pump pumping... then the error... clean out the vacuum pump in the back of the system and guess what, the vacuum no longer has a problem....
It's not the detergent... I figured it out on my own... there is a vacuum pump in the back that was clogged with "gunk". when the vacuum is clogged, the system thinks there is water in the tub even when the water is completely pumped out.
are you using HE detergent?
