Polaroid smt tv setup. All chnls work but chnl list empty? Wireless setup ok. Youtube works. Some apps not working says to tune in check internet connection? Am I missing something in setup? pls help

Check the videos to understand how set up the network connection on sharp tv . Hope it would help you to set up your tv. If you go for manual connection the you have to have some information . you can get those information from your internet provider comcast.

I would need more information as to which TV (1 or 2) you're experiencing the problem with, but if this is a new TV it sounds like you may need to change the modulator setup.

You can find the setting under Menu -> System Setup -> Installation -> Modulator Setup. If this is TV1, change the TV 1 Out to channel 3 or 4 depending on what you have listed. If this is TV2; change the mode from air to cable or cable to air and then put the TV on the channel it shows after selecting done to save the settings.

you should not have factory reset when you lose a chnl delete the chnl then rescan you never need to factory reset you lose the flash or newest update you had installed reflash your box and delete the chnls that are scrambled only and then rescan

make sure its set to antenna than have someone go up and turn while u seek the signal try a channel thats works good but not perfect than go from there. if not u have ur plugs backwords in the tv not the device.

hi go back in and delete santa 1 rescan and check all chnls it might come in under a radio chnl you have to delete it first though best of luck

We had a slightly different problem. DirecTV listed many codes but none of them worked. I scoured the Internet and found one that did the trick - 10178! I hope that works for you. If not, the Polaroid codes that were listed (but didn't work for us) were:
10765, 10865, 11262, 11276, 11314, 11316, 11326, 11327, 11328 and 11341.
