You will have to get under there and run your fingers across the line. Most likely that it has corroded in one spot and is dripping down the line. Not a tough job to do.
As a life long cold sore sufferer, I can tell you that you can't. It's one of the 1st stages of a cold sore. The swelling does go away after 2-3 days but it then transitions to a cluster of blisters which soon burst open and it goes on and on for 2 wks til it heals. if u can catch it when you only feel that early symptom, itch or tingle, apply Cold Sores Begone Stick and it stops the cold sore before it starts. Look online for it.
The low beams are most likely the outside light, and the inside light is the high-beam. To make sure, just turn on lights and see. For a pair of lights, they cost around $30 reg/$40 silver/ $50 Gold/ $80 Xenon. I would get the silver or gold if it is within budget. It is nice to have bright lights.
No tools required, unless the air filter is in the way. In which case you will need a screw driver.Remove rubber cap. Sqeeze metal clip, and it swing to one side. Remove light, and connector.
When installing new light, do not touch the glass with fingers, because oil from skin will cause it to fail early. Light base is round, with flat side face up.
Make sure lights are off when replacing.
You can buy & replace just one light, but I would do both, or buy two and keep one as spare, because they do go out.
Good Luck!
