I just bought the phone and when i turn it up it says i have to set up my jittebug account and it says pick easy to use jitterbug but it keeps saying please wait

Make sure your internet is strong and stable...make sure your wifi is off if you are using your phone data, or make sure your phone is on flight mode if using the wifi

My Jitterbug Flip 2 has text issues, how do I fix it!

This is $100 budget phone for seniors, so I am thinking the quality must be low. However the problem states that poor signal and network strength is the issue. You need to contact your Telco about the reception where you live. Low signal strength can also be caused physically where you live, say if you live in a basement apartment within a family home.

Probably in narrator mode, tap what you want to open than double tap to open. Scroll with 2 fingers. Go to settings, accessibilities and narrator mode and off. If that doesnt work there could be a button combo to turn on and off.

Jitterbug phone won't turn on. When sitting in charger, the light comes on as normal

Check and be sure it was actually charging when it was sitting in charger. Also, sometimes lint or other fiber can get in the phone jack and keep it from getting a good connection. If you suspect that, use a tooth pick or a cotton swab with the cotton removed and GENTLY pick out any that is in the jack then place it in charger again and see if charging light is on. How do you turn up the ringer volume on the Jitterbug phone. It's currently set on vibrate & I don't know how the volume got turned that far down.

First, make sure your Jitterbug phone is turned on and open. While looking at the inside screen, adjust the volume by using the rubber volume button, which can be found on the outside of the phone. Press the top of the button to increase the volume and the bottom of the button to decrease the volume. The inside screen will display the ringer volume level. The ringer volume ranges from Vibrate to Max.

If you need additional help, you can call a customer service expert available 24 hours a day 7 days a week at 1-800-733-6632 who will walk you step-by-step through the process.

How do I use the calendar on my jitterbug J. There are no instructions in the manual.

To add an event to your Calendar, either create an account and login to MyGreatCall.com or call our Operator Services by dialing "0" and then Yes on your Jitterbug phone. There are no monetary charges for calling the operator, but it will use your standard minutes as with any other call and there is an additional 5 minute charge when connecting with the operator.

Delete call history?

How do I turn off music that plays when I turn the phone on and off?

You are referring to the Jitterbug Jingle. This jingle cannot be turned off on our Original model, but if you have the newer model, the Jitterbug J, this can be done.

From the menu, press the down arrow until the option Settings is highlighted in the center. Press YES to select. Press the down arrow until Jingle ON is highlighted in the center. The question at the bottom should read TURN OFF? Press YES to toggle between Jingle ON and Jingle OFF.
