TLX-04243B Dead set Red blink lite on right front corner

No unfortunately not. It is a basic HD television, but not a 'Smart' television and has no internet connectivity. It is also 14 years old.

The manual doesn't mention anything about removing the back panel or doing DIY repairs. But you can phone them and they will give you advice for free.

T con board may be going out

may be the house wiring that powers the set is damaged

You remembered to say your model, but did not post a question.

It is most important when inquiring on this site to please include a model number and make of the product that you are asking about.
There are so many thousand of TV types out there that a general question like your just can not be answered without more information from you.

The back-light inverter board should be checked. Check the voltage that comes to that board, from the TVs' main power supply regulator board. You should have a digital multimeter to measure these voltages. If you wish to get some details, http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Pull up older posts.

open the black plastic panel and the aluminum panel which has 3 screws each in the back of the tv.
look at bottom left corner of top board. to the right of the red led light,
there's these four white small switches. turn the bottom two switches to "on" and tv should be working.
It's very simple to fix the problem to everyone.
My tv capacitor was not the problem.

Most likely the TV has a power supply related problem. It can still have a problem without blowing the fuse. The most common thing to go out is the circuit board that supply power to the screen. Commonly called a Backlight Inverter Board.
But, I can't say it's 100% the problem because I can't actually look at the tv over the internet.
If by chance the TV is still under warranty, go that route.
If not under warranty and If you have some electronic experience, if you can find and purchase a Service Manual over the internet; It will help you diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you red light blinking codes, circuit diagrams, test points, and part# lists. Usually, cost under $20. And most cases the new part cost less than $15.
