Hello....Most likely, the main control board is shorted out. Have you had any power outages or brown-outs in the last 4-6 weeks? Power issues such as surges absolutely can wreak havoc on the electronic controls of household appliances! I hope I helped you!

Please check if you transposed a digit in the model number since even manuals for some discontinued models are listed.
