Go into Control Panel, Look for restore, And restore to an earlier date ( before you deleted the volume), Click on the date, Computer should restore with volume. **NOTE : when it restores anything you added after that date will NOT be there i.e. any programs and or music or files.
Restore? You mean System Restore? Click Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore. Select a restore point (date and time) that is before you started having the problem. System Restore will not delete your data, documents, music, pictures, videos or programs (unless the program was installed after the restore date you selected).
System Recovery sets your system back to when you first purchased it. Everything will be deleted such as your documents, music, pictures, videos and any programs you installed after your purchased it.
you can do a system restore if it was activated by going to "start, programs, accessories, system tools, system restore" and choose a date to restore to. you shouldn't need to go into safe mode. a better solution may be to just download a free recovery program(glary utilities is good) that can recover deleted files. they are still actually on you computer until that space gets written over. if it hasn't been long, you should be able to recover everything no problem.
