I bought a JVC TH-BY870 sound bar and what ever mode I put the sound bar on the sound will only come out the subwoofer and not the sound bar???

It sounds that you have accidently set up an alarm setting that is set to wake you up in the morning!

Look in the manual and see what it says about timer settings.

How do you connect the sound bar to the subwoofer?

Fm mode sound ok but dvd and aux mode no sound

• If I understand your question correctly you want to listen your TV on your Stereo system thru your receiver,JVC TH-M606 ** you need to connect "Audio Output " RCA jacks or "Optic cable output" of your TV
  

** to "AUX input " or "TV" OR "Any input" of your receiver ( except Phone ) or "Optic Cable input"
** than just switch to respective mode on JVC TH-M606 RECEIVER corresponding your RCA or Optic connection...
There you go..Your TV sound is on the JVC TH-M606 Receiver..By this means whatever you watch on the TV (tuner, satellite , Xbox ) ,it's sound will come thru your stereo..

• If you want to listen your receiver thru your TV, sorry but it is not a preferable attempt since TV sound system is not a HI-FI quality compare to your nice Receiver..if you really want to do it,try to do the connections given above in reverse..
  

• And,best of my knowledge I am afraid you can not put in progressive mode without remote

BUT, I imagine that din cable is standard and would be available cheaper at an electrical or PC supply store.

Do you think the powered subwoofer itself might have a power problem? Check its cord.

You can get a complete refurbished JVC TH-A25 System on Amazon for $130. Individual components might be scarce or prohibitively expensive.

1st u need to covert stereo cable with stereo conversion pin which avelieible in electronic consumer store after u got this cable u able to connect ur speakers directly to play station or a tv

i need to find the wire that connects from the subwoofer it has like little spikes inside the medal part and the spikes broke off

Check the connection in the back of the sub,where your wire plugs in from the DVD unit, the connector is loose in the unit itself. Had mine replaced and is doing the same thing again
