Blasting through every orifice with a carb clean aerosol might work but mostly a clogged carb needs removing, dismantling and cleaning with carb cleaner and/or compressed air.
There is some anecdotal evidence an ultrasonic cleaning bath could do the job without dismantling or partial dismantling.
Remove air cleaner. Remove carb bowl. Ensure float moves up/down. Spray carb cleaner all over bottom of carb. Ensure needle valve at float pivot moves in/out. Drain all old gas from tank. Refill tank with fresh gas & STABIL. Ensure gas flows when float is down and stops when float is up. Check bowl gasket and re-install bowl base. Check primer bulb for cracks. With air cleaner removed spray START fluid in carb at air cleaner hole, prime and start. 2 half pulls with rope and release each time will prime engine. 1st or 2nd time spraying Start fluid should start engine and run. Ensure spark plug is cleaned and gaped correctly. Replace dirty air filter. Replace spark plug if over 2 yrs. old.
