try letting the battery completely die and recharge it. Do this 2 or 3 times. Sometimes "topping up" a partially charged battery puts a memory into the battery and it wont allow you to do full charge.. I let my Nokia get to its last legs before replacing the battery with a spare and then fully charge the other one. Both batteries are now at least 6 years old.. Yes , its an old phone...
its not the texting but your battery had been worn out and it needs to be replaced. every cellphone battery has its life. try to buy a new original battery instead of replicas for your cellphone. it will really help a lot.
Your new battery, where did you get if from? If at your cell phone service provider's place of business - return it and have them make an adjustment. Please don't get insulted here ... If you bought it at "Cheap Jack's Discount Battery and and recycling Center", you probably got taken.
I'm sorry your phone doesn't work. I am pretty certain that a good new battery will solve your problem. While at your Service Provider, have them take a look at the phone to make sure there is nothing else wrong with it.
yes. your battery is worn out. if you want you could just buy a new one. or, if you have a phone contract as most do go to your phone company store and see if you are now eligible for a new phone at a low price.
Were you having problems with short battery life before this happened? Most of the time if the battery is not recharging it needs to be replaced. Have never seen the red flashing light before though. It may mean that the battery has shorted out.
Parts or a new cradle are hard to find. I don't think Fuji makes them any more, although, depending on where you live, that country's distribution source may still have stock. What we sell our customers is a small charger which recharges the battery outside of the camera. They are about $10 US and plug into the USB port on any computer.
BATTERY INSTALLATION AND INFORMATION Your wireless headphone unit requires two rechargeable AAA batteries. Rechargeable batteries are uncharged when you purchase them. Before you can use the wireless headphones, the batteries must be charged for 16 hours. Follow these steps to install and charge the batteries. Installing the Rechargeable Batteries Take care to follow these steps to correctly install the batteries. 1. On the right headphone, locate the battery compartment (1). Use the finger depression on the compartment to turn the battery compartment cover counterclockwise to remove the cover. 2. Insert two AAA rechargeable batteries, carefully following the markings inside to ensure the batteries are inserted properly, with the + and - ends in the correct positions. 3. Replace the battery compartment cover. Charging the Rechargeable Batteries To recharge the headset unit, follow the directions below. Note: The cradle/transmitter on the WHP141 is not a recharging cradle, although you may place the headset in the cradle during recharging. Follow these steps to recharge the NiMH rechargeable batteries. 1. Make sure the ON/OFF switch (2), located on the right headphone, is in the OFF position. 2. Connect the AC/DC main power adapter to the DC IN power supply socket (11), located on the back of the cradle/transmitter. 3. Plug the adapter into an electrical outlet. 4. Connect the charging cable (10), located on the back of the cradle/transmitter to the recharging input (3), located on the right headphone. The headphones can either be placed in the cradle/transmitter or placed next to the unit. If the headphones are connected correctly, the charging LED indicator light on the cradle/transmitter (8) illuminate.
Check for voltage at the end that plugs into the cradle. If no voltage there, check glass fuse inside end that plugs into car plug. If there is voltage at the cradle end and it still doesn't turn on then it's the cradle. The cradle fails over a short time inside the cradle plug. You can hard solder the cable end to the cradle circuit board, which is a delicate procedure which I have perfected but I am an electronics person. If you want to buy a new cradle it will fix your problem for turning on the gps but I recomend a cable tie on the cradle cable end to stop the strain on the connector so the new cradle connector will last a long time.
There is only two possibility why the battery didn't charge.
1) cradle ( socket at camera side ) faulty.
2) the power adaptor faulty ( no dc voltage, can use volt meter to confirm ).
