From the T612 the description of the Auxiliary input is;

Additional Features; MP3 player jack
Connector Type; 1 x Audio line-in ( Mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm )

Any audio cable with with a 3.5mm stereo jack on each end should be suitable.
To check it, see if the earbuds that fit the iPod will plug into the T612.

Where can I get a replacement iPod connector circuit board?

The ipod connector on the board has the same footprint as the angled iPod connector made by JAE, part number DD1B030VA1. Someone moderately skilled in PCB rework should be able to replace it. The part is SMT with 0.5mm pitch pins, and it's right up against an epoxy blob, so it takes a bit of skill to solder by hand.
I called Altec Lansing myself and they will not sell a replacement part, so I am repairing my own.
