Hi I have a combi rational oven shows error 10 . What should I do? The oven didn't do cleaning and has error then service 10 appeared. Thanks

Service 10 is usually caused by a blocked or defective steam generator emptying pump.
Replace the pump or clear out any scale buildup.
Once the problem is corrected you must do an automatic drain to clear the error.

Rational SCC 102. What causes error code 20 to keep on popping up?
Looks like a defective thermocouple. The fix is to replace the thermocouple.

Hi, error 12 is displayed when the oven pcb is too hot, check that the air filter is clear and the cooling fan is running. Also it could just be the software, if it is an older oven and has the original software then it may just need upgrading by someone who knows what he/she is doing.

I have Rational SCC WE Combi Oven keeps burning the fuse Hi everyone Rational SCC WE Combi Oven, After we connected to power 480 v we used about an hour. Next Day turn it on. It was on for a few minutes after then It shut it off itself We replaced the fuse It turn on again and burn the fuse again in 10 seconds. I called the authorized technician he did the same thing. he replaced the fuse It turn on for a few seconds and burn out the fuse again. The technician couldn't figure out the problem he said he will call the factory to figure out what cause the fuse burns out, however, it looks like they cannot figure out. does anybody has any idea? Thank You in Advance
