Go to settings - Wifi and enter SSID and Password. That's it. Go to the Smart Hub and choose your Apps. A wireless keyboard makes things easier.

Reset
The Reset function initializes all downloaded
widgets, erases all user accounts and settings
from the product, and resets all Smart Hub settings
to the factory default settings. It then restarts
Smart Hub as if it were starting for the first time.
Your account, however, remains on the Smart Hub
server. To log into your account, enter your ID and
password on the Create Account screen.
To use the Reset function, follow these steps:
1. In the Settings menu, select Reset, and then
press the ENTER button.
The Reset screen appears.
2. Enter the your Security password. This is the
password you entered if you set up a BD or
DVD Parental rating (See pages 51~52). If you
did not, enter 0000.

You mention two separate issues, WiFi and smart hub. As you know Samsung built in manual is the worst idea ever. There is no picture of the complete rear panel connection for example.
If the smart hub is the actual WiFi antenna then if your system doesn't recognize Smart Hub then you have a bad smart hub.
to test smart hub plug something into hub ( DVD HDMI, video game) If your remote has smart hub button press and see what appears. Otherwise select source on remote see if your attached item appears. (That would indicate smart hub does talk to TV)!
Since you can access your network when hard wired your network password is stored.
Once you have verified Smart Hub is functional then work on WiFi.
i will say my Samsung is 3 ft from my router and hard wired for better streaming speed.
I use Bluetooth access to share photos from IPads.
I would leave TV hard wired.

Re set wifi and network pasword .

I've never seen a smart TV setup, but here's a couple of thoughts I had:
Has the keyboard worked with the smart TV yet? It's possible you haven't plugged in the dongle to the USB port, if it's a wireless keyboard. Then again, you might need to use an on-screen keyboard for a setup entry.

As found on AVForums:

1. Select HDMI1 as source.
2. press Menu on your original remote.
3. Go to System and select Setup.
4. Enter your Pin, by default it is 0000.
5. Select your on-screen language, go to the right arrow and press Enter on your remote.
6. In the following screen DO NOT change country and go to the next screen.
7. in my case, I now get Smart Hub agreements. Press the following buttons on your remote quickly: Mute, Return, Volume Up, Channel Up, Mute. After a second a advanced menu will open.
8. Select the country you wish Smart Hub to be in en pressEnter on your remote.
9. A valid zipcode is required for that country. Enter it in this screen. Easy to find one with Google/ Google Maps. PressEnter on your remote.
10. You now get the user agreement, you may want to read this. When done, check the boxes and go for next. Do the same with the rest of user agreements.
11. In my case, I was done after these steps.

Now when you go to Smart Hub, it will load all the apps that are default for that zipcode you punched in earlier. It may take a while to download them.

Some apps are restricted per area/ region. This requires some more technical knowledge about DNS and VPN services.

Worked for me on my Samsung UE46F6500

Press the Menu button on the HTS remote control and then move to Setup and press enter on Reset.Launch Smart Hub from the home menu or by pressing the Smart Hub button on your HTS remote. Press the Blue D button to bring up Account Management and then move to Reset and press enter on your remote. Enter the BD or DVD parental rating password; if you did not setup a password enter 0000.

Smart Hub automatically resets, the screen may go black and then re-appear. In a few moments the re-initialization procedure starts and the Terms of Service agreement is displayed, follow the on screen prompts to complete installation.

Hi there!

Just press the print screen button located in the upper right of your keyboard. (Prtsc key) and open the paint program (located in accessories folder). Once you open a new file, paste it from there or press ctrl key+ V key to paste. And then you can print it or save it to your computer.

This should solve your problem.

Unfortunately on almost all new keyboards the print screen will not just print out a page of text. What print screen does now is that if you press the print screen button an image of what you are seeing will be copied to the clipboard so that you can just go into any program and click paste and you will get the monitor display that was visible. I hope this helps.
