I'm not sure that you can shoot Sepia in the camera. Usually this is a post production action done in a photo editor i.e. Photoshop, Elements etc.

Press the SELECT button and position the cursor at the "TIME". At that moment, the "Hour" flashes. (The flashing means it can be changed.)
Change the "Hour". Press the CHANGE button to set the desired hour. Press the SET button. At that moment, the flashing changes from "Hour" to "Minute"
Change the "Minute". Press the CHANGE button to set the minute. and then press the SET button. At that moment, the "Second" starts to run from "00".
After you finish setting the time, press the SET button once again. Now the time setting has been completed.

I recently had the same frustrating problem. The top of the camera has a little black button that can change from continuous mode or single picture mode. It has to be on single picture mode to change the flash setting. After this is changed you can press the flash setting onthe dial and change the setting. I hope it works for you.

You cannot change the setting on the TV itself. you need to go through the settings on the equiptment you have plugged into the TV to change their settings to display a different resolution.

All you need to do is to change the size in the software which you are using to edit the photos and do a save changes before you close the application,
