Is Kodak 5300 printer compatible with printing WordPerfect 11 documents? I keep having problems. None of my WordPerfect documents that I have or any new ones made will print. Keeps telling me wrong paper size. It's regular size paper, I've done all the correct steps suggested by Kodak. However, in their solution file, they said "Word documents". Not WordPerfect. I think it may not be compatible. If so, is there an upgrade to download? thanks

Update your printer drivers

try to print it via Microsoft word or adobe pagemaker

copy paste your word perfect files to word or adobe then try to print

remove all the printer softwares and pluging and reinstall them and try

try to go to my computer then select printer and scanner wizars from there and try.

I fumbled around a similar problem today. After printing photos you have to convert the printer to print to paper. If there is a green LED on the printer your are in PHOTO mode. Reach into the 4x6 printer and pull back the slide and the LED will go out. Now you can print on paper.

I have replaced my ink cartridges numerous times and they are still full. It keeps telling me the ink cartridge needs replacing. It won't print and the red light keeps blinking. Then print a demo sheet try to look at the colors if it is correct

delete kodak in the add/remove > uninstall microsoft.NET framework 2.0
WARNING! (unplug the usb cord at the printer before downloading the clear utility)
download the clear utility at www.kodak.com/go/clear > run it
then download the software

I would make sure that you are trying to print from the same printer that you are test printing. I know sounds basic but take a look. If you are reinstall the drivers printers commonly need to be reinstalled for various reasons.

Call Kodak for a new printhead. The printheads go bad.

hi, you mentioned that your default printer is the xps document printer. if you already have a 5300 printer icon, you can simply right-click on it and left-click on set as default printer to make it your default. but if you still dont have an icon yet, better still, call kodak tech support at 800.421.6699 so they could assist you in generating one

There's a problem w/ the print nozzle of your printhead, try deep cleaning the printhead using the software utility or the menu of the printer
