Barenstein bears or Barenstain bears? What the hell is up with this?

OK I don't buy into the Mandela effect or all this parallel universe or time travelers mess, but I was born in the year1994 and I very specifically remember reading the books and watching the cartoons, and I along with MILLIONS of others remember it as Barenstein. I refuse to believe that many of us are just completely mistaken. Maby the original publishers screwed up and they pulled all the original books and tapes and fixed them. But even then would not a few slip through the cracks? Also no one has ever claimed responsibility for any such a thing, the writers themselves insist that it's always been spelled that way. And that is contrary to my memory. I know this is borderline conspiracy theory material, but I swear that's my memory of it. If I can't trust my memory what can I trust?

Can someone describe me like an author would introducing a character?

*insert your name* was the girl of *insert love interest*'s dreams. Her mocha colored hair curled into waves that the ocean would envy. She was smarter than any person he had ever met before. Every day he tried to wok up the courage to talk to the girl but he saw the way her beautiful grey eyes light up when she talked to her friends. He was intimidated. His friend group was small. what if he wasn't cool enough? still.. he longed to talk to her. short and petite, she was only 4'8 while he was almost 6 ft tall. she reminded him of a girl you'd see in fairytales.

Why is Shakespeare so popular?

Shakespeare's enduring popularity can be attributed to the breadth of genres he covered, the integration of his work into academia and the complexity and universality of his stories. Other popular writers cover comedies, histories or fairy tales, but Shakespeare's complete bibliography includes every type of character and story imaginable, adapted to modern audiences throughout history.

If I write a novel in the Harry Potter universe but don t use Hogwarts, or any of the previous characters will/can I still get sued?

Not sued unless you plagiarise. But what's the point? It's been done..and well. Find your own style and story. something unique. good luck.
