It is not recommended to use any cast iron pots or skillets on a Frigidaire smooth top. In your manual it provides the best type of cookware material and cast iron is a poor heat conductor. Due to the weight of the cast iron it can cause scratches or damage the cooktop. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt

The sensor is located on the exhaust system between where the cylinder ports enter the common manifold and the muffler. Sometimes they are on the cast iron manifold and sometimes they are on the exhaust pipe after the cast iron manifold.

some air compressors have a lever on the pressure switch to turn off unit, check the contacts in the pressure switch, I have found mashed insects between the contacts on some I've repaired

the reset button should be on the elec motor,it should be red.if it was leaking air you most likly have a bad checkvalve .it screws into the tank where the airline goes in also.replacments can be had at tsc.

yes there are brushes,, but there is also a shaft that goes thru the tube make sure it is not broke or bent,, it happens,, suggest to get a zoeller submersable pump its the best cast iron, float is attached to the unit, will fit in small pits, only 1 plug needed,, cost for pump 100

There are aftermarket cast iron burners available for approx $64.95. Otherwise, the OEM burner is a Dynachrome which is a chrome plated cast iron that is almost $300. I do not believe that the cast stainless is still available.
