Is that red light flashing or continous lighting? You do not need 3 phase input for that model. Do you have the input wiring diagram? If the red light is flashing maybe the emergency stop input is active. If the red light is on continously then it maybe in stop mode or torque limit, ask electrician to check the wiring.

I purchased a 3 phase electric motor by mistake. but i needed a single phase, anyway to wire it down?
You cannot make a 3 phase motor into a single phase motor.
You could, ( as you suggested), buy a single phase to 3 phase inverter. Even a 'variable speed drive' VF (variable frequency drive) inverter for greater flexibility, but depending on the size and purpose of your motor the cost might prove to be prohibitive.

I just bought a double head notcher with 2-10hp 3 phase motors they were wired 480 volt I only have 230 volt 3 phase from a converter. I put 2 starters to match voltage and motor size.what's the prob.
talk with an electrician but I think that if you have 3 phase motors on 480 volts you will need an inverter that will handle 480 volts
as it stands now you only have 230 volts for 3 phase and that means that there is insufficient power to run the motors
however in cases such as this , a long talk with an electrician could save lots of money

You will have to check with an electrical whole shop (business) but I doubt it as there are 3 different phases in three phase each one needing its own inverter
It would possibly be cheaper to get a single phase motor to replace the 3 phase unit or enquire from your power utility , the possibility of having 3 phase connected to the premises.

You have a short on the output. This can be bad motor, bad motor leads, bad contactor, and or bad inverter.

Remove U/V/W leads from inverter and measure the resistance phase to phase and phase to ground at the motor leads. This will provide you with the resistance measurement of the motor and motor cable. If a problem is found, repair or replace.

Also with motor leads removed from inverter, restart the machine. If you again get E.OC, then the problem is inside of the inverter. Repair or replace.

The Motor Controller has measured a voltage from the valve diagnostic circuit that indicates the
cold valve is faulty. The most likely cause is that the valve harness has not been connected correctly. OR the 24 volt cold valve internal winding has open circuited. Check resistance of 64 ohms across terminals

You need a phase converter. The link below is a a selection from Grizzly. You can also find them on e-bay. There are two types - static (no moving parts) and rotary (much more expensive). The rotary type give you full performance delivering true 3-phase power to your machine. But for a minor loss in power (maybe 20%) the static type does the job quite well - assuming you don't need all of the power that your 3-phase motor can deliver.
