Spa was below temp, now it heats and won't shut off.

Is your spa overheating, heating up past 104 degrees?
If so, you have a contactor (or relay) stuck shut and the spa should go into OH at 108 degrees.

If your hot tub is only heating to 104 or what ever temp you have it set at and the motor runs 24 hours a day there are a couple of things you'll want to check.
First, make sure that you do not have the pump set to run 24 hours a day.
Second, you'll want to see if the pump icon is lit up on the control panel. You will want to check to see if the icon is on while the spa is supposed to be resting. During filter cycles the icon will be lit. If you are not in a filter cycle and the pump is on while the icon light is off, you have a stuck contactor (relay). The relays can be found online for less then a couple of dollars.
If you have any more questions feel free to ask.

No power to motor

There are way too many things it could be. Blown fuse, bad motor relay, bad control switch, even a bad motor. You say no power to motor, how do you know that there is no power? You could have an open circut on the motor andpower right up to it and it won,t run. Try the switch to turn the motor on / off and listen to hear a cliking noise. If you do that tells me the relay is working. If you don\'t hear it you could have a bad switch or relay. Next turn of the main power and jumper out the switch then power up the tub. If the motor comes on its a bad switch. If not it may be a bad relay. Also many switches are controled by an air tube to it from whre you push the button. Check to see if the hose is on and no breaks in it.Past these things you should contact a pro from a hot tub dealer. I hope some of this helps. As a master electrician I can say I hate hot tubs. The circuts are a pain to follow. Good luck.

Will a flow switch stop the tub of any operation

Is the board getting power, is the control lighting up?
Do you see any error codes on the top side control?
Improper flow will give you an error code, caused by flow issues or a faulty flow switch. Make sure all gate valves are open and the water can flow freely.
If not then check your Hi Limit sensor. This is the overheat safety sensor if it fails the tub will not function at all.

Waffle plates stop heating

The most common reason for not heating up is because of a blown thermal fuse. Apparently the controller lets the iron get too hot or the fuse is out of manufacturing tolerance - and so the fuse opens.
The green lamp is normally lit when the relay is off and dark when the relay is on. When cold, the relay normally turns on within a second of power-up (switched on). During power-up, the green (ready) lamp should flicker on, and then as the relay clicks, go dark. If the green (ready) lamp does not flicker, the fuse is probably blown.
The fuse is clamped inside the bottom clamshell in silicon tubing. A replacement fuse (240°C) can be purchased from many sources. The fuse should be re-attached to the wires with new all-metal crimp fasteners.
If the iron is getting too hot and blowing thermal fuses, you may be able to avoid this failure by keeping the thermostat set lower.

Griddles do not heat.

just fixed mine with info found on hear. If you're a little handy or have someone who is it's a simple fix. Under bottom plate a thermal fuse is connected in black wire under white insulation. I picked one up at radio shack2_bing.gif (http://www.radioshack.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=&kw=thermal%20fuse&origkw=thermal%20fuse&sr=1) got the 228 dgree C. I cut insulation and removed. I then cut black wire at connection at each side. I then placed new fuse in line and crimped small connectors on each side. Placed insulation back on and taped up. Screwed back together and it worked fine. Fuse cost $1.69. To think I almost tossed it.

My dream maker hot tub keeps needing to be reset at the plug i have to keep resetting it all the time is there another fuse or something i can do

Your heating element is going to ground and 'leaking' current. The GFCI is picking it up and you will need a new element.
