The brake light on the dashboard is set by one of two things.
1. An uneven fluid flow in the system will cause a switch to be activated and this turns the light on. Get the brake system diagnosed.
2. The emergency brake pedal may not be fully returning and is still depressing on the switch or that switch is out of adjustment or defective.

Most likely the low fluid sensor in the master cylinder is triggering the brake warning light. Make sure fluid level is to the full line. Also be sure E- brake is released. A low master cylinder is an indication of excessive front brake pad wear, Check them to avoid damage to brake rotors

2003 FORD E350 VAN BREAK LIGHTS WILL NOT TURN OFF I REPLACED THE TURN SINGAL SWITCH THATS NOT THE PROBELM

You brake lights are actuated by a switch that is connected to the brake pedal or to the hydraulics. It's sticking in the closed position. I'd need to see a shop manual on your car - or the car itself - to tell you any more than that, but that's your problem. The first place to look would be at the brake pedal, under the dash, near the top of the linkage. Shine a flashlight up there and see if you can see a see the switch. It may look like this:

If it's not there, it could be in the hydraulics. In that case, you should take the car to a brake shop.
You may be able to find a used break light switch online.

Brake lights not working on 2003 E 350

Have you checked the fuse for the brake lights and have you checked the brake light switch.
The brake light switch is directly above your foot when it is placed on the brake pedal.
