Hi,
If you are having a "card error" issue with our Intova Sport HD, please make sure that you are using a "name brand" card up to 32GB maximum size and class 6 or 10 speed. Card brand or card type incompatibility can cause the card error issue. If you are using the recommended card type as explained in our user manual and still experiencing this issue, then please contact Intova by phone, (808) 837-0074 or email [email protected] and we will help.
Thanks,
Intova
For SP1, please use micro SD card up to 32 GB that is class 10 if you want to record 1080p HD video. If you are using a class 10 card and you still cannot view your video, please be sure that you have the H.264 video codec in the video player software in your computer. Also, be sure your computer is compatible with HD video. It should be running either Windows 7 or 8 if it's a PC or OS 10 or higher if it's a Mac. If you are using a class 10 card, have H.264 codec and compatible OS on your computer and still cannot see video, then the camera may be recording corrupted video files in which case, please contact Intova directly by email: [email protected] or call us at 808-837-0074 for customer service/warranty coverage. Thanks
Hello rippdr,
