I suspect that it may be faulty tub bearings. Try opening the door, and carefully lift the inner tub upwards [ without moving the outer tub], if there is any play between the two tubs, it will probably be bearing failure.
Each water inlet has its own filter where the hoses connect to the washing machine. Make sure that the filters are cleaned properly sometimes, these filters gets blocked if dirt or debris like rust came through the water system.
The seals in the bottom of the drum where it connects to the gear box is going bad. Changing them out is something that you can do but it is not easy. You pull off the top cap on the agitator and then take off the nut and lift the agitator out, then you can see the seals.
