Question about Washing Machines
This sounds like, the 550 transformer is not connected to the blower motor power connection (in parallel)

for your model you have a water level control switch which does have a tube and it operates on air pressure from the weight of the water in the tub. when the air pressure in that tube reaches it's limit whether it be small med large load the switch tells your water valves to shut off. yours is not doing this. By removing the back you can see this tube. follow it up into the control panel and replace it or maybe it even needs adjusted. Either way the problem you have is with this switch.

Error E9 means a problem with your water pressure sensor. Check the sensor by pulling the hose attached to the
bottom part of the tub and blow on it and test the terminals of the
sensor if it will close or open.

Here's a solution I've gotten from one of the experts..
"Clean the drain motor lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters. The motor is unable to drain all of the water in the allotted time.
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is normally behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!) and held in by a round cover/knob.
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT!
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. If it doesn't work then the motor is malfunctioning!"
Hope this helps.. Good luck! :)
