Does ice diamond fridge deforst its self - Diamond Refrigerators

manually trun the defort timer clockwise until the unit goes into deforst mode. IT MAY BE THAT THE EVAPORATOR COIL IS FULL WITH ICE.

sounds like u have a deforst problem. if it dont automatical defrost then u have to manually do it then u will have to replace the defrost timer and hope your defrost heaters are still good. ok

Your fridge 100% depends on the freezer. No cold air is going in. It could be a damper, that is located in the left top corner of fridge in the back, that is iced up. Or it could be a deforst system failure and it's has a bunch of ice in the back of the freezer.

Either your fan has stopped working, or it is not defrosting. Take the back panel of the freezer off and see if the evaporator coil is iced over, if it is replace the deforst heater, and the deforst thermostat. If the compressor is running the fan if the freezer should be running. Also make sure both your fridge and freezer controls are centered. Putting the freezer on the coldest setting acutally shuts off airflow to the fridge.

sounds like you might have a deforst problem or your drain is blocked not allowing the water to drain when the fridge goes into defrost.

got a hot point iced diamond fridge/freezer, just got back off hols and red light on, all food defrosted with water running out of bottom. whats wrong?
