Stainless steel electric skillet NO non-stick surfaces!

I have purchased exclusively stainless steel products from Farberware for many years. I have, and have had, electric skillets, woks as well as cooking pans & utensils. I have purchased them as gifts also. Now I am again looking for a stainless steel frying pan, preferably square or rectangular shape, only to be told that Farberware is no longer making these! What am I to do? I absolutely do not want any product with a "non-stick" surface. Who has a substitute for your product? Where? How do I obtain this item? I am very disappointed that you have discontinued these products. I am happy with all past purchases and so are the people I gifted with your products.

How do I season my stainless steel electric skillet?

Seasoning a pan or skillet is only done on cast iron because the metal has pockets in the surface that cause food to stick. Stainless steel does not have those pockets.
