The B2 is not the device that requires ID updating but the navman F series module, as this is what actually displays the Caller ID.

I think that the micro SD card inside the GPS is not in the good position, it is necessary to remove the grey sticker on the rear of the GPS and open the hood to access the SD card and then you can plug it in good position.
