Phone i recently bought a 2gig micro sd card for my lg cu400 phone and it is not reading it. i tried the sd card in my other phone n problem.

Check wheteher the card is nor micro SDHC, you r device supports only SD cards , if its SDHC then your device wont ablt to read it

Try Formating the 1gig chip in 'Fat' not Fat32, then put it back in phone,, should work then.
Also the phone aparently will only recocnize up to 2Gig (But U need a Firmware upgrade)

You might want to check on Samsung.com in the support section of your phone and see if the cell phone can recognize a 2gig card. It may only see 1 gig and lower.

When I bought the phone I wanted to use a bigger Memory card. I was told it will only recognize 2gb. The booklet that comes with phone says the same thing, so would assume that is why it says full. Assuming of course youre trying to use more than 2gb at the moment.

I'm not sure about your phone, but with the one that i just purchased i bought a SD card reader that plugs into the USB port. The micro SD that i bought came with an adapter and goes right into the card reader. Your computer will recognize it once you plug it in with the card in it. You can find one at walmart in the camera section.

1 GB max for this phone and you must us a sandisk brand micro sd card it is not compatible with any-other card. Yes, it will work for a little while but you with have problems eventually. I replaced mine with a sandisk micro sd card and I have had no more issues.

i think that you should use amemory card of lower memory.

there is no slot for the lg cu400 only the lg cu500 haz it

there is no card slot

I have same problem with A1200 not recognize micro sd card.
