LOC means that the control lock has been engaged. (This feature also keeps a child from changing any setting when a load is in progress or starting the dryer with the cat in the unit.) On at least one Frigidaire dryer, press and hold the Options and Select touch pads for at least 10 seconds (until the display changes) to toggle the lock on and off.
Usually, the two keys to press for the Control Lock will have a line between them with a padlock symbol in the middle of the line. (This symbol will be in a very small font.) This may help you find the keys to press if other models of Frigidaire dryers use a different combination of touch pads.
Well it's better if you provide the Brand and the Model Number information anyway if your dryer's door switch is defective, it will not allow your dryer to start. So first of all you can check your dryer's door switch. Also check start switch.
