I cannot open mms message on my mobile GPRS not activated
Hi there.you need to subscribe to Gprs,this can be done by calling your network's helpline number.They will send you the settings after they have activated the Gprs.Make sure you save the settings and activate it as default then restart your mobile.After that try connecting to the web.kindly rate me if i had helped.

Activate the GPRS mode on your mobile. Activation procedure of GPRS-
At first call to your customer care executive to send you for internet settings for your mobile. When you recive the settings then do the following things-
?· Install the settings first.-go to your message inbox and find the settings message when you open it then get the install option. Just click on install option.
?· Select your internet profile-just go to your internet menu and select settings. After that select Internet Profile and select GPRS option like Airtel Gprs/ Mobile Office if you are Airtel user.
Automatic Activation of GPRS/MMS/WAP
Go to Menu -> Services -> WAP -> Settings -> Edit Profile
Select Sun WAP, Press Activate Profile and Save
Go to Menu -> Messages -> MMS -> Message Settings -> Server Profile
Select Sun MMS, Select Activate Profile and Save
For corporate accounts, fax a letter of request and ID of the authorized signatory to 395-0138. Approval and activation maybe slightly delayed.
Text "ACTIVATE" and send to 2300
If unable to activate,please call Sun Customer Hotline (200 on your mobile phone).
* If surfing or MMS sending does not work or results in an error, please proceed to the next step for manual setting.

Setup/Enable GPRS
Go to Menu -> Services -> Data Account -> GPRS
Select Sun GPRS
Account Name: "Sun GPRS"

Select SUN MMS

Go to Menu -> Messages -> MMS -> Message Setting -> Server Profile
