My Ionic Pro Turbo Max is making a terrible noise what could it be

When you turn on it goes to clean but unit has been cleaned.

You need to clean all the stainless steel contact points inside the unit, not just the blades. Make sure you unplug the unit before doing this.

It is advertised by the manufacturer to convert the ozone into oxygen which of course is ok to breathe. Upon using this item for 3 weeks myself according to the manual in all respects it did nothing to help me with my allergies to mold and cat dander so I feel that these air purifiers in general just literally take some of the dust from the room it`s in and that`s it.
