In general, there will be a text box and a graphic adjacent to that. You type into the text box the characters that you see represented as graphics.
They you either hit Return, or you click on the Submit or Enter or Done button that you see next to the text box. If you have done it correctly, then the site will take you to the next page you are supposed to go.
Keep in mind that the challenge changes after a short period of time, so if you take too long to type in and hit Enter or Submit, it may reject you because it has moved on to the new character challenge, so you will have to do it again.

logically that would mean capitals when capitals and small letters when small letters
this information is case sensitive so if you use lower case letter ( small ) when the character is a upper case ( capital) then it will not accept what you enter

Once you have identified the admin account, type in
net user "admin account name" * and press Enter. do this exactly right including spaces and replace admin account name with the name of the admin account
When prompted, enter a new password for the admin account and hit Enter. You will not see the characters being typed.
Confirm your password by entering it again and hit Enter.
