Check your suction. If there is no or little suction at the hose end then check for a plugged hose and all the suction areas. Make sure your filters are clean as well. Should be one and possibly two.

(Condensed from the iRobot site...) "Uh Oh Error 5" or "Uh Oh" and 5 beeps means Roomba's Side Wheel is stuck. Pick up Roomba and with Roomba right side up, push the side wheel up and down a few times to clear debris. Manually rotate the side wheels to clear debris. Blow air through the side wheel pockets (or vacuum them with an upholstery tool on a traditional vacuum) to clear debris. If this doesn't clear the obstruction, then contact iRobot customer support.

When you cleaned your Roomba, did you also clean the wheel wells and outer most edges of the brush brush cartridges? There can be lint, threads, and at my house, cat hair, wrapped around the outermost edges of the brush cartridges.
