On a Konica Bizhub c364e, how do you scan multiple pages and have them show up as separate files in your email or USB?

We aren't Konica Technicians, we are FIXYA. I do however have the answer!

when you feed multiple pages i guess you are hitting the star button
in order to save them as separate pages you will need to select finish key not the start key this finish key is added with firmware if it is not on your copier already you may need to have a technician do this for you. good luck hope this helps.

hi im lorenzo and i have been fixing konica minolta machines for about 2 years well lets catch to the case.
If you still have problems or cant change to multiple scan.
1.you have to get in the simulation mode because machine doesnt know if the HDD installed is in.
*simulation utilty/counter =details stop 00 stop 01
2. ONCE YOUR IN LOOK FOR SYSTEM 2 AND CLICK ON HDD YOUL SEE THAT HDD IS NOT INTALLED SO CLICK INSTALLED AND THEN EXIT END AND REBOOT THE PRINTER AND TRY TO SCAN AND IT WILL WORK

check in one touch setting, PDF-MMH and MMr, multiple files and single file option, if having problem then call your tech service rep

the file type is set to single page
1.press the scan button on the control panel
2.select scan setting.
3.select file type.
4.select multi page to have the entire scan to be sent as a single file.
if you are sending jpegs they can only be sent as single page files on this machine. only pdf's and tiffs can be sent as multi page files

file type is probably set to single page. to set the file type to multi page do the following:
1.press the scan button on the op panel
2.select scan setting
3.select file type
4.select multi page multi page to have the entire scan job sent as a single file.
if you are scanning jpeg as file type they will only scan as single page docs only pdf and tiff can be sent as multi page files

Try using the Comapct PDF option as a file type.
This should be used if file size is a concern.

It applies a mathematical compression so will affect the quality of the scans very little.

Go into the PDS settings and change tab from single page to multiple page.

Use the "Separate Scan" button on the panel. By pushing this you are telling the scanner that you have separate scans to scan as one document. Once all files are scanned, push the separate scan button again to indicate you are finished scanning.
