Looked on the Canon Web site and it says dust could cause this problem. It turning off and on does not fix the problem then need to have it serviced.

Internal lens barrel has been damaged,so lens could not move therefore it gives lens error.
this problem due to damaged gears or barrel dislocations.
not by dust,it is repairable..

some cause of this is when the battery goes empty it willl not return the zoom lens correctly that may stock up. so when you power it again the lens is not initialized. so the camera will off it again.
go to service center or qualified technician to repair it.

I drop my sanyo camera the lens is stock

If you look at the lens assembly, it is likely out of place. This is often the case with many 'point and shoot' cameras and in often cases the lens assembly needs to be replaced. Frequently however the lens assembly repair ends up costing more money than a new camera itself. You can attempt to contact precisioncamera (google it) or a local camera repair place and see what they would charge you to fix the lens assembly. But in my experience it normally cost more to repair one of those cameras than replace it.

The lens can't open :( it tells that " turn it on again" :( somewhat look that it is stocked or jammed :(

Find some thin plastic that you can slip in around the edge of the lens and as you switch on try to move the plastic around to help the lens out. Sometimes a little grit or dirt is preventing the lens opening and that works. Also tap the base of the camera as the lens is trying to extend. If neither of those work you will need to dismantle it.
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
I appreciate your vote if you appreciate my reply.

The lens keeps going in and out and says lens error

was it ever dropped or stock somewhere moist? above all, not good news. The message indicates that the lens housing has beendented or otherwise damaged, preventing the camera from functioning.Your camera will require professional repair.

ZOOM

some Canon user forums have posted that you can GENTLY tap the lens with a softer object (wood preferred) and the lens will go back upon the next power up. I have not tried this, but they say it works, but you should be extremely careful.
