i have duplexing problem

This is HDD related problem, try : turn off copier pres 1 and 9 (hold it ) then turn on the copier. That initalizes the hdd defragmentation. if does not help, you need to change the hdd and "fill" it with system software.

0002 The non-contact thermistor fails to
reach 70 deg C within 180 sec after
reaching 50 deg C.
Check on connection of the thermistor, Replace the
fixing unit
To recover from the error: In service mode ( * 2 8 * )
COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR >ERR
0003 The non-contact thermistor fails to
reach 100 deg C within 180 sec after
reaching 70 deg C.

reach 120 deg C within 180 sec after

The path between the sub hopper and the developing
assembly is clogged with toner.

1.Check the rotation of hopper motor gear. (If rotating, false
detection by the sensor is doubted. Feed the toner to the
developing unit in service mode: CLEAR>ENGIN>TNRINST.)
2.Replace the Developing Assembly Toner Sensor (TS1).
3.Replace the Sub Hopper Toner Sensor (TS2).
4.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).

* 28 * or MENU and #

u can go in service mode by pressing additional function + 2+8 then go in clear by pressing scrolling, then go in engine. after press ok in tnrinst. machine will process for 2 minutes. for toner installation.
