Be sure to try a brand new needle. Otherwise, it's possible the machine is slightly out of time. Search for "sewing machine timing" or take it for service.
If the bottom seems too tight you must loosen the top tension. If this doesn't seem to work to well then tighten the bobbin some. I've attached a guide on how to adjust tension.
On the bobbin holder there is a smaal screw, thghten the screw to set tention on the bobbin thred. The thred you use on top and in the bobbin can be the problem as well E-Mail me [email protected]
after i looked over the machines thred routing i found a pice of thred jamed in under the top clear plastic panel i took thihs panel off and removed the thred ,cleaned in there put it back togather and it now works fine just what i found hope it works for others
