I have a Samsung pn64f5500af. I get this vertical line. How do I fix this issue?

Unfortunately, chances of it being a panel issue are high, about 99% and a new panel wouldn't be available, and if it was it would run as much as a new tv

Easier to buy new set then repair. It will b anothr item next...Tv wears out like a computer or fone

This is a hardware issue. If it's under warranty, no problem, get it fixed. Otherwise, you can either put up with it or replace the unit. LCD displays like this are so inexpensive now that it no longer is cost effective to repair them.

Had this same issue on right side of 52" about 1 inch from side but had 3 vertical lines that disappeared after 40 minutes. Have Samsung LNT5265FX/XXA and about 16 months old. LCD Panel itself had to be replaced to fix it, fortunately had extended service plan

Get DMD board part # and shop for best price.......
I will do the same......let me know.....T.
