You need a new heating element. Here's the link to kitchin Aid customer service. You will need the model & serial numbers to get the right part. Also, you will have to detail which element is out, such as looking at the handle it's the second from the left or whichever it is. Each one has a specific part number and they are not interchangeable.

The kitchen aid brand is usually a good one,
i prefer you too replace the toasting elements because in my brand i faced the same problem and i replaced the toasting element . it worked wonders for me

Kitchen aid 2-slice toaster stopped working. It is plugged in to a good outlet.

The wiring is probably the problem. Check the connections. And then the elements . It may be burned in two.

Kitchen Aid Artisan 2 slice toaster, model 5KTT780 Blue light comes on but not as bright as usual, elements don't heat up.

Try the kitchen aid site, Email them with the model number and let then know what you need and the price of it. Sometimes with the part being small, they will send it free of charge

I have a pink two slicer kitchen aide Toaster. The button to pull down the bread to toast will not stay on. Where can I order/buy a new pink one? thanks kathie

Before tossing out the toaster, check on the inside of the toaster, you may have a wire bread closure in there that is blocking the lever.

I took my son's toaster apart when they replaced it, and found a bread closure inside it, blocking the lever. Anything small enough to fall inside could do this too. (The toaster works fine now, and I use it myself!)

Make sure you unplug the toaster first, you don't want to have a "shocking" experience.

Turn the toaster upside down and shake it a few times, over the kitchen sink, and then open and clean the "crumb" compartment.

Sorry to tell you this, but, your toaster is no longer available on the market, you might want to check a few thrift shops in your area...or you can check this link for another model that is pink and a KitchenAid.
