is dangerous to get a massage directly on the area where you have a broken bone
because it can cause extreme pain and discomfort, and can sometimes re-break
the bone. It can be helpful to massage the area surrounding the bone in order
to help bring more blood to the area, but a massage directly on the area should
be avoided. If you know your massage chair very well and you can set it to stay
only in the area near the broken bone, then it is okay. If not, then a manual
massage from a massage therapist is safer because you can tell him/her the area
to stay away from
