Samsung ES25 won't turn on. Tried new batteries, still nothing. Can anything be done?

OK tried new batteries, now green light only turns on when holding power button, but does not turn on to stay. Thanks for the help

Not sure how much more information can give. Put new batteries in and it does not turn on. As if there are no batteries in it at all

The internal battery, which is kept charged by the removable battery, has probably run down. Take it to a repair facility.

if you did find puffed up caps and replaced them consider replacing the power board as there may be other bad parts on it.

How can i upload pics from sansung es25 to computer without usb cable, i have lost that cable.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

I have a samsung es25 camera. when i press the power button, the green LED comes on but then nothing happens on the screen or the lense. How can i fix? Thanks

Lens is stuckpartly open power button does nothing-won,t turn off

mine has done this and I have grabbing the lens and pulling it out at the same time as I turn it on. It is a pain but it now works
