Hola amigo lo mas probable es que se halla ido un fusible en la fuente de tu tv por el apag?n te recomiendo que lo reemplaces por el mismo tipo de fusible con la misma corriente ,para que no halla percances ,si se lo vuelve a llevar tienes problemas con la fuente i debes buscar ayuda profesional por q la fuente de los tv manejan voltajes elevados,... saludos...

I had the same sympton on my tv...it worked fine one day and the next day it would flash a green light a few times you would see the screen power on, but still be dark then the power light would go red. I couldn't do anything on the tv no menus or sound. It turned out to be a bad power supply, a new power supply will run around $200-300 - in my opinion it wasn't worth fixing. My neighbor was able to fix my tv - he repairs electronics - ended up cost me $100.00 - its been running for 7 months now no problems so far...I can have him fix this for you if you are in the area - shipping makes this to expensive..he is located in south jersey...or you can try a tv repair shop ( i called for this but they wanted between $75-100 to just look at the unit + repair cost - i would of been back to the 200-300 range) let me know if you need help...John

The TV may be turning off as a power saving precaution as it thinks it's not being used.
What are you plugging into it? No video input suggests the tv is waiting for sky or DVD player to be plugged in. Is it?
