The reason for the sudden shutdown of the diesel generator is as follows. If the user does not understand the fault of the unit and cannot solve it by himself, he must contact the professional technician.
1. The diesel fuel in the fuel tank is incorrectly marked.
2. The diesel engine generator fuel injection drive plate fixing screw is loose.
3. The fuel injection pump does not spray oil.
4. The oil return screws of the fuel supply system are loose.
5. The oil pump is not supplied with oil.
6. The oil filter screens of the diesel generator sets are blocked.

The 40kva diesel generator runs tof a 5minutes then cuts off the power to the loads, and a res indicador flashes.so what could be the problem
More than likely a safety control circuit on startup. Either high water temp, low oil pressure, or over rev condition. If not any of the above quite possibly the integratrated generator/engine control circuit board.
