Open your 'My Music' folder.
Find the 'iTunes' folder.
Connect the SanDisk device.
Right-mouse click on that folder, and point to 'Send To'.
Select the SanDisk device, and "click", to tell Windows to copy the entire folder.
I'm not an expert with PCs, but I have a windows 98 Operating system and have been able to use all sorts of flash drives. Everytime I buy a new one, I just plug it into the USB port and in a short time it recognizes NEW HARDWARE and loads the driver. I've used LEXAR 2GB,SANDISK 4GB, VERBATIM 2GB, and recently a ATIVA 4GB
Are you connecting it to the back of your computer? Sometimes the port in front does not have enough power to power it on.Also please try another computer
