Question about Toaster Ovens
SOURCE: Top element not heating
I found that the heating element in the top front was burned off at the end. I removed the side cover and the ceramic insulator from the broken end. I then grabbed the broken end of the spring inside the glass tube and stretched it to where I could re-attach it to the connector. It now works after getting it back together.
If you attempt this repair, UNPLUG THE OVEN FIRST!
There is also a security screw at the bottom of the side cover.

SOURCE: Heating elements
I just called the company @ 1-800-947-3744 and they are sending me a new toaster over to replace Model #328. DO NOT use the oven was what I was told and when the new oven arrives they'll tell me what to do with the damaged one. Mine had 2 warped areas on the front upper heating element.

you can touch the element but be carefull the glass is thin .... so scrape it and do what you can . THEN USE A COTTON BALL AND ALCOHOL and clean the element that will get rid of the oil you left behind ,you will be fine ......Please if this answer helped , please rate this 3 or 4 stars . and keep me in the paid answer department .
