Or your phone isn't capable of texting internationally.If it's supposed to then you need to call Tracfone customer service and tell them.

for sending text messages :
1.go to your message settings and check the message center number to see if it is correct
2. call to your network operator customer care
3. request the message center number...
4.note it down
5. go to message settings>message center number
6. insert the number which is noted by you and save it

this solves your messaging problem ...

check in message settings whether message is sent via text or not if not make it text and try....

I removed the service centre number and re-entered. this resolved my problem when sending a text and getting the error please check apm settings.

did you check on your volume is up to check if you can hear the other party. normally your problem happens when the volume i down. So try making a call then turn the volume up to double check

go to menu > messages > settings > text messages and uncheck delivery report. good luck.
