Unlikely that the back feet are adjustable.Sounds like a bit of brute force is needed. Adjust the front to the maximum height Try with a torch and mirror first to see under the machine.
There may be room to insert a stout plank of wood and hopefully get a pivot underneath to make a fulcrum.
Many machines have adjustable feet to take up any uneveness on the floor. If one or more of the feet are out of adjustment it allows the machine to 'rock' .. causing the vibration.
You want your machine to be as level as possible. Try putting a bit of cardboard underneath one or more of the feet to identify which foot needs adjusting

I used a board in back under wood frame around 1 inch and now my feet are closer to floor ..

Usually on the two front feet are adjustable. To set the back feet just pull the machine towards you temporarily raising the back of the unit off the floor, this will make sure the rear feet drop down fully. Then set the back down again and adjust the 2 front feet to level.it.
Put 5 or 6 bath towels on a quick wash cycle.
During the spin cycle adjust the feet on the washer to smooth out the vibrations. Some times you only have to adjust one foot on the front to make a big difference.
