If you have the Gale Boomerang, use it. You have to target the spinny-things at the tops of the bridges then throw it, it will cause the bridge to turn. But if you don't have the boomerang, you can't move the bridges yet, there is something else in your quest you have to do first. Oh, and depending on how far you get, at some point you can use a golden cucco to fly across, or Midna to jump across as a wolf. Hope this helps :)

I want to know what sizes is the frame of the versace VE 4157, as in the outer edges of the frame horizontally, i reference whit the width of the face,

Frame Size: 65MM 17MM 125MM

Typically there will be three standard numbers imprinted on one of the temples or the bridge, indicating respectively the sizes of three frame parts. All sizes are marked in millimeter.
1. Lens size: The first number 65 represents the lens size, which is also called eye size or lens width. Lens width is the most exact name of this size, describing precisely the distance between the vertical sides of a rectangle containing the lens shape. It is important to differentiate it from lens height. A large lens for a big guy usually has big sizes at both dimensions.
2. Bridge length: The second number 17 represents the bridge size. Other sayings include bridge length and bridge width. In detail, it is the minimum horizontal distance between the nasal surfaces of the rims. This size varies only slightly because people's noses will hardly differ significantly. When the frame is sitting too high on the face, it is necessary to increase this bridge size. In opposite, a shorter bridge is needed when the frame sits too low on the face.
3. Arm length: The third number 1125 describes the length of an arm or temple. This is the whole length of a temple, consisting of the length to the bend and the length of the drop.

How do you get the main key for the forest temple

If you meant the boss key, here is a complete walkthrough of the Forest Temple because you have to complete things in a specific order to get it. Scroll down to the bottom and click "Continue Walkthrough" when you have finished part 1 of the guide.

(Unless you didn't mean the boss key, and you meant the key for the gate before you can enter the Forest Temple? In that case, the key is with the hippie that sales oil.) Click the link below for a guide to obtain that key if you need it.

I am on forest temple level andhave to get that gale boomerang and i know you have to defeat an boss to get it, but which room is the boss in?

You don't have to defeat the boss to get it, you need to defeat the baboon monkey creature. You'll need to save some monkeys from their cages and head to the biggest room with all the doors and go to where the baboon took down the bridge. Now you can cross the gap using the monkeys and get to the room where you can fight him for the Gale Boomerang. He's in the room labeled #10 on the map.

Cant get across revolving wind bridges for forth monkey to progress through game

You probably need to take a different route and do something else first, or if you have the gale boomerang already use that to spin the bridge. Here's a walkthrough of the Forest Temple....

Lakebed temple boss in zelda twilight princess

Are you saying that you have filled the 3rd room or are you saying that the water in the Rotating Staircase rose three levels? If the third room was filled and not the Rotating Staircase room, then it means you missed something and you need to go back. (There should be water flowing from three hallways) However, if the Rotating Staircase room's water-level rose three times, you should be able to reach the island in the middle with no problems.

Check to see if you have water coming out of three of the hallways pouring into the Rotating Staircase room. If one door doesn't have water coming from it (and has a little river-way) then you need to go back in that hallway and open up the waterway.
