sounds like you've either got a stiff motor or gunk in the drum making it difficult for the motor to turn. When the fuse blows the drum won't turn at all but as yours is trying to turn then throwing the fault up it sounds like something is causing too much resistance
Need to check the drain pump area located on bottom of unit,, either something is in drain pump or hose that connects to drain pump. if all that looks ok then you most likely have a faulty drain pump assembly....
Hi just read your posting.Error code 37 means PUMP BLOCK ERROR.Drain some of the water by hand enough to look under the machine to the front right.Do you see a fan.If you do this is your pump.If you do not see a fan then you have the new style of pump. Please reply on which style of pump you have and I will guide you in rectifying this fault.Looking forward to your reply.
Depending on the model you may have a reset point on the selector switch dial.
This is usually indicated by 2 or 3 black dots on the dial.
If it has , then switch the m/c off, set the dial to one of these points, switch on and wait until light fashes, switch off, and reselect your programme.
It should now work normally.
If it does not, then there is probably a control board fault.
If there is no reset point, then again it is likely to be a control board fault.
Please rate my solution.
Thankyou.
f11 fault code is a problem with the main power board (could be blown fuse) or a blown board check the fuse the board is behind the back plate in the bottem right corner (looking from the back of the machine.(!unplug before you take apart!)
normally error like this disappear when a hard reset is performed? did you leave the unit turned off by plugging out from wall power for one night ??
The F11 fault is a fuse blown on the circuit board. Apparently this fuse failing can blow the board so you may have to change the board if needed. The board is located at the back of the machine so you need to take the back off, unplug the board, change the fuse which you can buy at Maplins and put the board back. If it works fine, if not then you need a new board. Hope this helps you. First make sure machine is turned off. Second press & hold temperature button . Thirdly press the on button & hold at the same time as the temperature button. Fourthly release the 2 buttons at the same time . Fifthly press the soil button . Sixly turn machine off then back on & F11 message saying fault F11 must disappear.
if not try this process once again. if the error is not cleared then you will have to do as i have said you earlier.
F11 can be showing for 2 differant fault conditions.
If it is a cold fill washer only ,then the pump is not working for one reason or another. Check pump operation.
If it is hot and cold fill, then it means no hot water is coming in,check hot water supply to washer.make it is turned on.
If u need any more help,\ let me know.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
