My Gaggia Titanium brews very slow, it not a brew unit problem. most likely grinder problem, need your help.

My Gaggia Titanium machine has a problem. It drips coffee very slow. I thought, oh, I would just clean the Brewing Unit, and I did. I have cleaned the Brewing Unit, all the pluming including that shower screen. Still no luck. Then I tired to use bypass doser with ground coffee, it works great, no issue with it. So that means, issue is not with the brewing unit. I looked in to the grinder, it seems to be grinding only a fine mode, disassembled whole grinder unit, cleaned all the coffee out of it, cleaned upper grinder and lower grind mills. Calibrated the gear grind adjustment, but it produces very fine ground coffee only which gets clogged when it is brewed. I have tried different coffee types, tried to pick not greasy coffee, it doesn't help. It only works through Bypass Doser. Please help me understand what is the problem.

SOURCE: why does it now stop at prebrewing and not give me

Hi
Try reprogramming the machine. Push and hold the button for the coffee you want, but hold it all the way through the process. Don't release the button until you get the amount of coffee you want for that button, then release the button. That should get you the same amount next time. You can do this for each coffee button. If that didn't fix it you might have a bad flow meter

Gaggia titanium coffee slow coming out of machine

You probably need to clean or replace the screen inside your brew unit. I recently just cleaned mine due to the same issue with some steel wool.

Try taking the brew unit out, and clean the area inside the machine for coffee grains before reinserting it. There's a tiny sensor for if the unit is inserted, but it can be confused if the machine gets messy inside.

My gaggia titanium says it's brew unit is blocked

Try cleaning and relubing the brew unit.
If that fails you require a new main board.

Gaggia titanium coffee beans empty

Hi
If the big knob in the bean hopper is on a small #, that could be your problem. try opening the knob to the largest # and try again. If it clears and makes a cup, then on the next cup, while the grinder is operating turn the knob down again, but to a larger # than you had before. Grounds can get compacted in the chamber and prevent new grounds from entering. That is why it grinds but doesn't make a coffee. If that doesn't help, try opening the door above the brew unit funnel when the brew units is out. It should pull down on a hinge. This is the clicking you hear when you make a coffee.

Check the chute from the grinder to the brew unit.

Gaggia Titanium dumps ground coffe inside unit

Hi
You have 2 knobs in the bean hopper. The small one is set to the most positive. Turn it back 1 click from the plus and that should take care of your problem. When you have a clean brew unit it will make the first coffee but a little coffee is left in the brew unit and when it tries to make the second coffee a full charge and the little that was left cause an over charge, and dumps the coffee without making anything.

'Grinder Blocked' error message

The grounds chamber is clogged, you will have to open the machine and clean out the chamber on the side of the grinder, it is the one covered with the little door, you might be able to get to it if you dremove the brew unit.

Gaggia titanium is leaking water

Mine had the same problem. Take out the dreg drawer and brew unit. Then you will see a plastic cover roughly in the middle of the machine (behind where the brew unit was) that is held in place by two philips screws. Unscrew the screws and take out that small cover. It is probably filled with coffee grounds that prevent water from dripping out through a dripping hole. Clean out the grounds and you should be all set.
